FFL Transfers in MN I will receive in your firearm, have you complete the ATF form 4473, perform the NICS background check, and if you pass, transfer the gun to you. The fee for this service is $25.00 for one gun, discounts for multiple firearms ordered at the same time. This applies to most hunting, sporting, target, and self defense guns. However, there are several models of firearms that I will not transfer. Also, I must verify that you are a legitimate buyer and will ask you all required questions. As the ATF states, "Know your customer." All federal & state of Minnesota laws apply!!! Remember to bring your current MN state picture I.D. and your MN State permit to purchase or concealed carry permit (for handguns and so called assault style rifles). Also it is now required that all handguns must have a locking device. Please call or email for more information.
