FFL Service in MN What the service is: A back ground check and transfer to the buyer of a gun purchased from an out of state seller. Gun MUST ship from a FFL only! What it not: I am not a show room for your seller. Any inspections must take place after the transfer and at your place not mine. I'm not the arbitrator of any disputes between you and the seller. My fee must be paid regardless of your acceptance or rejection of the gun. All return shipping, packaging, and handling fees must be paid by you. ***Remember to insure your shipment as I can not be responsible for damage from the carrier.*** Before you order your gun, pay for it and the shipping, email me to verify it is a gun I will transfer. I will then receive in your firearm, have you complete the ATF form 4473, perform the NICS background check, and if you pass, transfer the gun to you. The fee for this service is $25.00 PER GUN. Standard fee is for mail or email only, I no longer have fax. Extra services require additional charges. This applies to most hunting, sporting, target, and self defense guns. However, there are several models of firearms that I will not transfer such as any AK style rifle or shotgun, SKS, or any other foreign manufactured military semi-auto. Any "Saturday Night Special", "Drive by", or Throw away" guns. Check with me before the gun is ordered to verify it's suitability. NO California Transfers or sales. Also, I must verify that you are a legitimate buyer and will ask you all required questions. As the ATF states, "Know your customer." All Federal, State of Minnesota, and City of Minnetonka laws apply!!! Remember to bring your current Minnesota State picture I.D. and your Minnesota State permit to purchase or Minnesota concealed carry permit (for handguns and so called assault style rifles). Concealed carry permits from other states are not acceptable. Also it is now required that all handguns must have a locking device.
