I understand how important getting your work done quickly is to you. Some job times can be estimated very precisely, but repair work can not, due to the un-known nature of the problem/solution. Time estimates are by best guess, but are not guarantees of completion. New gun sales and FFL transfers can usually be completed immediately. Gunsmithing work can be completed within days or a week or two. Gun repair work takes the longest, often over a month depending on the time of the year. I only do high quality work, I don't cut corners and sometimes this takes longer than the high volume shops. My goal is to get 100% satisfaction on every gun I service.
